  • In-Person & Telehealth

    • 90 minute Intake

    • 50 & 80 minute sessions offered thereafter

Fees & Policies

Fees

Therapy Associates of Tacoma strives to make counseling an accessible resource in our community. Our Standard rate is $60 per session. If you are in greater financial need, we offer a Sponsored rate of $45. Additionally, if you are able to pay a bit more we offer a Sponsor rate of $75 per session, which helps us support those who can only pay $45.

Payment

Payments are conveniently made via the credit card information that is on file. This allows for a streamlined and hassle-free transaction process for our clients. If alternative payment methods are necessary (ie, cash or check) please notify your therapist.

Cancellations

Attending scheduled appointments is a key factor in movement towards desired goals. We understand that sometimes plans change. We ask that you give your therapists at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancelation fees, described below, will apply to sessions canceled with less than 24 hour notice or no notice at all.

No Show/No Call/Late Cancellation Fee

No call/No show to appointments as well as those canceled in less that 24 hours will be charged the full session fee. Emergency and unexpected situations will be considered on a case by case bases.
